2026 Promotion Ceremonies

This year, the Boujourne Foundation had the privilege of awarding six $1,000 scholarships to outstanding students at Navarro Middle School—two recipients from each of the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade classes.

These students were selected by their teachers and staff not only for their academic achievement, but also for their attendance, positive behavior, perseverance, and personal growth throughout the school year. Reading their stories and learning about the challenges they have overcome, along with the successes they have achieved, was both inspiring and humbling.

In addition to the scholarships, the Boujourne Foundation was honored to sponsor the school's 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony, celebrating every student as they take the next step in their educational journey and transition to high school.

We are incredibly proud of these students for their hard work, determination, and commitment to learning despite the economic hardships many of them face. Their resilience reminds us why investing in education and supporting our youth is so important.
